People wildly underestimate the effect of food on wellbeing. Sure, you might be anxious about that project you have to finish for work… or maybe you just had a coffee and you don’t tolerate it very well but never realized it.
In my experience, food responses are fairly quick and simple. You’re not going to get a reaction that only reveals itself when you eat kale within two days of bacon during a full moon.
